What started as a personal way to find balance quickly became my passion.

After years of intensive Mat and Reformer Pilates training, I experienced firsthand how transformative this practice can be – for both body and mind.

I became a Pilates instructor because I'm convinced: this needs to be shared.

With The Pilates Circle, I bring Pilates to Düsseldorf – authentic, mindful, and accessible to everyone.
